From the forests of Eastern Kentucky to your doorstep: learn what we do and why we do it.
A Vision For Appalachia
The core vision of Tree Of The Field is to produce products that enrich our environment and the lives of our team members and customers.
We believe in what we do, why we do it, and in each other. We set high standards for material, workmanship, and design. We embrace creativity and dignity in labor and community strength.
We’ve taken our passion and developed effective and natural products that serve our customers needs.
Renewable and Locally Sourced Materials
Our products are created right here in the United States, in the heart of Appalachia. We work with local farmers and lumber mills to source the fiber fuels for our natural fire logs and fire starters.

Environmentally Responsible Practices
Along with using local materials, decreasing our carbon footprint via reduced transport costs, we also work hard to make sure as many of our products as possible use biodegradable packaging.

Humane Decisions
Tree Of The Field employs a business model of Place Based Entrepreneurship that partners with existing local Appalachian businesses working in the agritech/biomass sector at the production level. The children and grandchildren of Appalachia are bold and capable. They bring fresh perspectives and see value added solutions in our natural reserves.
